What Are We Truly Afraid Of?

What Are We Truly Afraid Of?

It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.  We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?  Actually, who are you not to be?…Your playing small does not serve the world…And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Ha! Great minds, Stephanie, great minds. I’m so glad you’re staying for the love.

I’m on my way out the door but please post the link to your blog so I can give it a proper read this weekend. The blog hop is a genius idea…I’m always looking for new blogging friends & inspiration.

Such a beautiful quote and so very true. I have been more and more drawn to quirky and eccentric people as I’ve got older. It’s the same for raising children..if we allow ourselves to be truely ourselves and shine brightly we give permission for our kids to do the same…its a nice thought. Anyways, found you via the blog swap (I’m http://www.littledottybird.blogspot.com), nice to meet you! :)
